MULTIPLICATION MINISTRIES OFFERS SERVICES TO LOCAL CHURCHES WORLDWIDE
For over 25 years Multiplication Ministries, Inc. has produced and published quality reproductive materials especially for one-to-one discipleship, small groups, evangelism and visitation follow-up. We are committed to continue to do so and have now in fact, to date, have published and shipped globally over 250,000 One to One Discipleship manuals in English and have over 20 different translations.
In addition, MM has recruited, and gathered, experience well trained pastors and missionaries that are ready, and able, to serve churches worldwide as follows.
Local Church Ministry Consultation
MM’s consulting consists of a process of proven principles developed by founder Al Broom and best presented in phases that assists a church to be healthy and spiritually reproductive.
Phase 1: Evaluation
Phase 2: Church Ministry Workshop
a. What makes a healthy growing church?
b. Climate for growth and health/Deadly Disease
Phase 3: Assimilation Process Training (from discipleship to hospitality.)
Phase 4: Strategy Development (Strategy Board)
Phase 5: Strategy evangelism, community visibility outreach, and Oikos Training.

International Multiplication Ministries
Our international ministry, under the direction of Nancy Spencer, (an 18 year veteran missionary in Africa) is assisting, developing, and training church leaders and congregations throughout the world. Currently, MM is ministering in four countries and looking to expand as God provides the workers needed for the field. Short term mission trips are an active part of IMM which inspires and encourages people in their faith, as well as challenge them for future long term mission work.
Web-Design
MM will evaluate your current site, and discuss possible options. If necessary, we’ll design a whole new website and then provide a 1-2 day training to teach someone in your congregation how to run the new site. As a part of the web design ministry we also offer to help each church find a cost effective way to record sermons, convert them into .mp3 format, and make them playable on the site. Conflict Resolution
Nobody likes conflict and division within the Body of Christ, but we all know it happens. There are times when an outside counselor is needed. MM’s well trained and sensitive staff is ready and able to come alongside to help resolve and heal issues in the church. Their experience and know how allows them to patiently and lovingly assist church leadership to deal with the sensitivity of the problem.
Church Planting
MM is assisting pioneering church planters with the needed training and resources to plant new church churches anywhere. In addition, MM can provide the legal non-profit ministry umbrella for planting a church.
Intentional Interns
Multiplication Ministries, Inc helps to match those completing their theological education to gain needed experience in a local church which may not be able to afford an additional staff member. The intern is given a missionary status and eligible to raise support through MM’s assistance while the church pays a minimum salary. This program is only offered to those who have graduated or are in their last two years of completing seminary or college training.
Pastoral Placement
We are helping pastors who are looking for churches, and churches looking for pastors to find the right match to complete the work which God has designed for a church within their community.
